Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unani~ously approved by : vote of 4-0-0~ to declare an
emergency and transfer funds from Surplus Funds to Line Item
No'. 10-512-339, prisoner 0~_~t of Co~.inty for (23,626.00, and
authorization of a handcheck in the Ker^r County Jail.
The Co~_inty Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 511,18E•.00 made payable to
Tommy Williams, Sheriff and (12,440.00 made payable to Rell
' County Sheriff for Out of County prisoners Housing.
