Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Oehler, the Court voted by a majority vote of
3-0-1 with Commissioner Morgan abstaining to approve the
agreement and authorize the County Judge to sign said
contract.

Provider Rgr•eement, by and between all Physicians (Medical
Doctor's) on staff at Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, acting
by and through their duly authorized Chief of Staff, John D.
Davis, M. D., and Kerr^ County Texas, acting by and thr-o ugh its
duly authorized Co~.~nty Judge W. G. Stacy, as authorized by
the Commissioners' Cour^t of Ker-r- County, 'texas, for Indigent
Health Care, as required 6y the Indigent Health Care and
Treatment Rct, to provide certain Physician services for- its
eligible residents.
