Preliminary Conference on eight lots adjoining Westwood Rark.
The eight lots are one acre tracts and the adjoining lots ar•e
1/3 acre tracts. David Litke stated it would not be in F:er•r•
Counties best interest to have these lots r•estr-~.ict~_ir•ed d~ae to
the size of the adjoining lots. The owners of the 1/3 lots
would like to make their lots bigger but there is a problem
with drainage and these areas should be looked at before any
decision should be made.
