proceedings were had:
After hearing the tape r^ecording of August 10, 1992, it was
the finding of the Court that there was not a formal
withdr^awal as per- section 145 of the Statutory Code.

INTENTION OF RESIGNATION
On this the 24th day of August 1992, came on to be heard the
q~.~estion of whether Dorothy Hilb~_ir^n withdr-ew her^ r^esignation
fr^om the Office of County Tr^easurer-. Rfter hearing the
evidence the ar^guments of the party chairment, it was the
finding of the Court that the Co~_mty Treasurer, Dorothy
Hilb~_~rn did not withdraw her resignation.
