DAY AND F'LRT AP'P'ROVAL IN COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 28th day of September 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Co~_ir't unani~oualy approved by a vote of 4-0-0, ~_ipon the
recommendation of the Ker•r- County Rnad Engineer-, Franklin
Johnston, to amend Drder # 17572 which previo~_isly read as
followsg
Order No. 1757
First T~_iesday of Each Month Designated as Road and Pr•idge
Day and Flat Rpproval
On this the lath day of November 1987, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner- Ray, it was
~_~nanimously approved by the Court that the first Tuesday of
each month, beginning January 5, 1988, be designed as ROAD
AND BRIDGE DRY and F'LRT AF'GRDVRL, and that plats be s~_ibmitted
to the Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald Menefee, at least
twenty-one days priour to the hearing date, as recommended by
Mr•. Menefee.
To Now read as follows:
First Tuesday of Each Month Designated as Road and
Bridge Day and Glat Rpproval
On this the ',_8th day of September 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner- Morgan, it
was unanimously approved by the Court that the first Tuesday
of each Month „ be designed as Road and Bridge Day and Glat
Rpproval, and that plats be s~.ibmitted to the Kerr Co~_inty Road
Engineer, Franklin Johnston, at least fo~_ir•teen days prior- to
the hearing date, and d~_~ring the fourteen (14) day inter-i~_im a
conference with the applicable commissioner- be held.
