Preliminary Conference for- variance.
William E. Harris is r^eq~_iesting a variance far- his property
in Center Point. Mr. Har^r^is stated he has eno~_igh property to
peat several septic tanks and feels that it would not
interfere with any laws or dr^ain fields of any kind. The
L'o~_ir^ts decision was to have Mr^. Har^r^is come back to the Court
with the changes he wants done on a plat at a later date.
ITEM # 2.18
Gr^eliminary conference for dividing Lot 71 of Ingram Hills.
Stan Whitley addressed the Court asking if he could sell two
acres of his property to Mr. Sam F'er^ry and not have to go
thro~.igh replatting of the pr^operty? The Cour^t stated that he
would need to make the necessary survey and have a
descr^iptian of the property properly described and come back
to the Co~_irt with the appropriate documents.
