ORDER ND. 21141 RPPROVAL OF COUNTY REPRESENTATIVES TO SERVE ON THE IiEMSA HOARD 0n this the 13th day of October^ 1992, ~_ipon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner^ Oehler, the l Court unaniaously approved by a vote of 3-0-0~ to appoint H. A. "Buster" Baldwin, Scott Gross, and Rosa Lavender, to serve on the KEMSA Board. ITEM NO. 2.9 Consideration and discussion with Committee on Courthouse r^eallocation of space. Oehler - met with Sheriff Frances Kaiser, but she said that she would not be moving into the Guadalupe Saving Building because there is to much that needs to be done and the money that would have to be spent would be tremendous. Paula was asked about moving into the Guadalupe Savings Building and said it would not be a good idea. Tommy Tomlinson and Parbara Nemec said no to the idea also. So Commissioner Oehler stated that because no one wanted to cooperate with them that maybe the Commissioners' should move into the Guadalupe Sabins building. Judge - I do agree that we could move cheaper. This is not a good time for a tax collectiong agency to move. GAGE 766
