DEF'RRTMENTS AND COUNTY SPONSORED PROGRAMS
AND AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY JUDGE'S SIGNRTURE
On this the 26th day of October 199.`_', came on to be
considered the Contracts of Mt Home Volunteer- Fire
Department, Center Paint Volunteer Fire Department, Ingram
Volunteer Fire Department, Elm Pass Volunteer Fire
Department, Comfort Volunteer Fire Department, Kerrville
South Volunteer Fire Department, Turtle Creek Volunteer Fire
Department, and County Sponsored Contracts with CASA and
KrSTRR as submitted to the Court.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner- Oehler, the Coi_irt unani~ously approved by a vote
of 4-8-0~ to accept said contracts and authorize the County
Judge to sign submitted contracts.
