following proceedings were had:

APPROVAL OF DAMS INSURANCE AS NEW CARRIER
FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 29th day of October 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
proposal of Davis Insurance of San Antonio.

- KERRVILLE AND AUTHDRIZATION OF A HANDCHECK
On this the 29th day of October 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay
82,000.00 to City of Kerrville from Line Item No. 10-560-.°i70,
Capital Dutlay in the Ker•r• County Sheriff's Dffice.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 82,000.00 made payable to
the City of Kerrville.
