On this the 3rd day of November 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Co~_irt unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary plat of Rodriguez Addition because of soil
conditions, reducing of population of adjacent land, and no
tract sho~_ild be subdivided, and these lots should be single
family dwellings.
