On this the 3rd day of November 1992, ~,~pon motion made by
Commissioner•I~olekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Co~_irt unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary plat of Rodriguez Addition because of soil
conditions, reducing of population of adjacent land, and no
tract should b2 subdivided, and these lots should be single
family dwellings.
