Discussion of the electrical power problem that occurred on
October 31, 1992 in the County Co~.irtho~.ise and the necessity
of a larger generator.
The Court appointed Commissioner^ Oehler, to investigate
further and follow-up on the electrical generator^ and what it
basically supplies electricity for. The Sheriff stated that
she may be able to get a generator from the Desert Storm
Organization that was used and they had no use for if we
could find out how big the generator would need to be.

APPROVAL TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY OF TWO
DISCREPANCIES IN THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S
FOR THE 1992-1993 BUDGET
On this the 23rd day of November 1992, upon motion made 6y
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to declar^e an
emergency to clear up the two discrepancies of one jailer^ and
one deputy being left out of the budget and salary
differentials.
ITEM NO. 2.12
Discussion of traffic accident on October lE, 1992 and the
replacement of that vehicle.
The Sher^iff was infor^ming the Court that the deputy had been
r^eprimanded for not wearing a seat belt and any other Officer
on her staff that were not wearing seat belts were also
reprimanded. We are waiting for the insurance companies of
the other two vehicles to find out what is going to be done
about replacing this vehicle for another vehicle.
