On this the 23rd day of November 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner^ Oehler^, seconded by Cammissioner^ Lackey, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 3-0-i with
Com~issioner Holekamp Abstaining, to appoint Glenn K.
Holekamp to serve as Ex-Officio member from the County to the
KEMSA Board as nominated by the City of F'.errville.

AGPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES FOR THE INTERLOCAL
RGREEMENT FUR THE FISCAL 1992 - 1993
On this the 23rd day of November 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
expenditures for the KEMSA Interlocal Agreement as presented
to the Court with 8'23, 875. 0a being the County's share for
1992-1993 with the fee schedule to be determined by the
County Ruditor.

9~D DAY LEASE ON THE PUPLIC SCALES
On this the 23rd day of November 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Mor^gan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to go out for
bids on the public scales for a 90 day lease to the proper^t y.
