Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 3-0-1 with
Com~issioner Holeka~p Abstaining, to appoint Glenn K.
Holekamp to serve as Ex-Officio member from the County to the
KEMSA Board as nominated by the City of I{errville.

AGREEMENT FOR THE FISCAL 1992 - 1993
On this the 23rd day of November 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to approve the
expenditures for the KEMSA Interlocal Agreement as presented
to the Court with l23,875.Oa being the County's share for
1992-1993 with the fee schedule to 6e determined by the
County Ruditor.

9iD DRY LEASE ON THE PUPLIC SCALES
On this the 23rd day of November 1992, upon motion made 6y
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to go out far
bids on the public scales for a 9a day lease to the property.
