On this the 14th day of December 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court voted by a ^ajority vote of 3-2-0, with Coeeissioner
Holekamp, and Co~~issioner Oehler voting "NAY", to approve
Beulah Byas at a pay group 1213 effective December 31, 1992.
Beulah comes with four and a half years of experience and is
not a rehire, she is a part-time employee becoming full-time.

SETTING HOLIDAYS FDR 1993
On this the 14th day of December 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Cour^t voted by a ^ajority vote of 4-1-0, with County Judge
Stacy voting "NRY", to have Martin Luther- King Day and Texas
Independence Day as optional holidays. Motion was withdrawn
by Commissioner Holekamp, and Commissioner Oehler^ on the
above then a motion was made by Commissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Commissioner- Oehler, to substitute January 18,
1993 holiday for March 2, 1993, the Courtvoted by a ^ajority
vote of 3-2-0, with Coaeissioner Morgan and the County Judge
I`" voting "NAY".
