POTENTIAL LITIGRTION REGARDING COMPENSATION
CLAIM
On this the 14th day of December 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner- Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay David
Haines (1,346.68 for compensatory time accrued as Intensive
supervisor for Juvenile Probation Department and
authorization of a handcheck.
The County Treasurer- is hereby author•ixed to draw a voucher
for 41,346.68 made payable to David Haines from Juvenile
i Detention Salary Line Item for the Juvenile F~robation
Department.
