APPROVAL OF VARIANCE FROM 5.02K OF SUBDIVISION
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE KERR COUNTY
PRIVATE SEWERAGE FACILITIES
On this the 27th day of July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to grant
variance from 5.02K of subdivision rules and regulations of
the Kerr County Private Sewerage Facilities, because it is an
unofficial plat and platting would cause an economic
hardship.
