AMENDMENT
HUNT LS.D. -KERB COUNTY
TAX COLLECTION CONTRACT
The Hunt ISD and Kerr County hereby enter into this amendment to the Tax
Collection Contract dated July 1, 1992 as follows:
1. The Tax Collection Contract is extended and shall continue on
a year-to-year basis (July 1 of each year to June 30 of the
following year) unless terminated as herein provided. Termina-
tion of the Tax Collection Contract may be made by either party,
effective as of June 30 of any calendar year, by giving written
notice of such termination prior to February 1 of the calendar
year.
2. Except as modified herein, all terms and provisions of the exist-
ing Tax Collection Contract remain in effect.
Signed effective as of the 1st day of July, 1993.
