Kerr Central Appraisal District. 1994-1995 term
Dear Judqe Stacy:
Enclosed please find the OFFICIAL BALLOT listing in alphabetical
order the names of the candidates submitted to me, nominated by the
taxing units of Kerr County, Texas entitled to make nominations for
the 1994-1995 term. In addition enclosed is a listing of the
candidates' addresses and the nominating entity with a summary of
voting entitlement of each entity.
The governing body of each taxing unit entitled to vote shall
determine its vote by resolution and submit it to me before
November I5, 2993. By December 1, 1993, I will submit the results
of the voting to you, to each candidate, and to the non-voting
taxing units in the appraisal district.
Please note that Section 6.03, Property Tax Code, establishes the
selection process for the appraisal district directors. This
process is not an "election" governed by the Texas Election Code,
but an independent procedure unique to the property tax system.
