AMENDMENT
CITY OF KERRVILLE - KERR COUNTY
TAX COLLECTION CONTRACT
The City of Kerrville and Kerr County hereby enter into this
amendment to the Tax Collection Contract dated January 31, 1985, as
follows:
1. The Tax Collection Contract is extended and shall
continue on a year-to-year basis (February 1 of each year
to January 31 of the following year) unless terminated as
herein provided. Termination of the Tax Collection
Contract may be made by either party, effective as of
January 31 of any calendar year, by giving written notice
of such termination prior to September 1 of the preceding
calendar year.
2. Except as modified herein, all terms and provisions of
the existing Tax Collection Contract remain in effect.
Signed effective as of the 1st day of February, 1993.
