APPROVAL OF HOLDING PULBIC HEARING FOR THE
CLOSING OF 6,336 LINEAR FET (1.2 MILES) OF BURNEY ROAD

On this the 3rd day of August, 1993 upon motion made by
commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to hold a
public hearing on September 7, 1993, at 10 am for the closing of 6,336 linear fet
(1.2 miles ) of Burney road.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONCERNING CLOSING OF
BURNEY ROAD
IN KERB COUNTY
It is the intention of the Commissioners' Court to vacate, abandon, and
discontinue a portion of Burney Road as provided by Article 6702, Sec.
2.002, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes. This portion to be b,336 LF of
roadway beginning at Highway 27 in Center Point.
A public hearing will be held September 7, 1993, at 10:00 a.m., in the
County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.
