Solar Village subdivision to ask the ('ornnlissioners Court to
, consider a replat, enlarge subdivision ht• t).?3 acres, and
enlarge Lot 1 to 1.06 acres. This will rl~ake I.ot 1 all within
the subdivision.
2.' I put you on agenda as Preliminary Plat can the Replat of Tract
2, Longhorn Ranch. I consulted with the ~`ounty Attorney t~
see if deed restrictions exempted the notrflcatlon and public
hearing required for a replat. Stan Reid said it did not. Upon
approval of the Preliminary Piat, standard notification by
registered mail of all owners in the suhclivisi~n and a public
hearing must be held.
Please send me a copy of filing fee receipt. New policy is we attac}1 a
copy of receipt to agenda request.
