Enviromental Health Director to explain to the Court the recommendation of a
system for the Keller's on E]m Pass Road.
David explained to the Court that the soil on this property is a Loamy soil. It is
classified as a 'I~pe A. Soil. We ran two test on the soil and it fell into the
loamy soil class. Installer did the trenching and that is up to the discretion of the
installer. The division of tanks was done by owners. Mrs Keller addressed the Court
stating that if the enviromental department had equipment to dig the holes needed
why did this expense ce~nie out of their pockets? There was some miss com<minications
at one time or other because this could have been avoided. We will need to meet with
installers and Enviromental Health Departrnent to see if we can avoid this happening
again.
