Rp_` Purchase of `Truck from KP[JR
I_.ast year we asked the Court to allow us to purchase a tnick from the
"I'1~OT on which to mount a water tank.
The Court agreed June 22, 1992, in Court Order X20977 to a purchase
price not to exceed $4,000.
We were unable to find a tn~ck for that price last year, but one is no~~~
available through KPUB for $3,500.
We ask the Court to allow us to use either the funds available in cur
Capital Outlays for 1993, or some of the funds from the sale of c~cess
equipment to purchase this truck.
