MEMORANDUM TO: Commissioners' Court FRONL• Franklin Johnston, P.E. Leonard Odom, Jr., Road Administrator DATE: June 28, 1993 RE: Increase in Users Fees on License Plates In February we asked the Commissioners' Court to consider increasing the fee on license plates registrations. Our understanding is that this is a decision that should be made prior to the 1993-94 Budget so that it can go into effect January 1994. At this time, we ask that you increase the fee from $5.00 to $10.00 for Special Projects; or $11.50 which would include the additional $1.50 for child safety.
