On this the 9th day of Mar-ch 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner^ Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to allocate
ffib0, 0@~ to be taken fr^om the ffi5. ~0 A~_-to Registration Fee for
the Construction of Water Str^eet Bridge over Town Creek. See
Attached Resolution.
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Kerr County Commissioners' Court believes a
need exists to replace the existing bridge over
Town Creek at Water Street; and
WHEREAS,
IT IS THEREFORE
RESOLVED,
The County of Kerr wishes to participate in
conjunction with the City of Kerrville to replace
said bridge;
That the Commissioners' Court unanimously
approved the allocation of $60,000.00 to be taken
from the $5.00 Auto Registration Fee for the
Construction of the Water Street Bridge over Town
Creek.
PASSED, This 9th day of March, 1993, by the Commissioners'
Court at their Regular March Commissioners' Court
Meeting held in Kerrville, Texas.
