RE Clarification of the Roads in Bumble Bee Hills Subdivision
Shown on the attached Court Order ##18901 dated August 14, 1989, Bumble
Bee Hills subdivision roadways were accepted for maintenance subject to
grass being cut and potholes patched.
A letter, also attached, was sent to Mr. R.B. Mc Ashan, August 22, 1989, asking
that the Road & Bridge office be notified when the roads were ready for
inspection. At the time Gerald Menefee resigned as County Engineer the
records show no response by Mr. Mc Ashan.
However, Commissioner Bruce Oehler informed this office that he inspected
the roads in question when he took office in January of 1991, and at that time
they had been patched and the grass cut.
At this time, we ask the Commissioners Court to accept these roads per Court
Order X18941 and allow us to remove the "N" status on our current working
road list.
