Reasons for Request: 1. This is not in a subdivision. '2. The 1.01 Acres involved is totally within the 100-year Flood Plane and is devoid of improvements. 3. The purpose of the change in platting is to make property lines between the Neff and Bradley properties more easily definable and .in a straight line. Presently, the Neff property across the river from the improved . properties has an offset of about 98 feet behind the Bradley property. With replatting, no appreciable offset will exist. 4. The replatting is totally agreeable between the two parties, and it is their desire to expedite the process to early finality. 5.
