On this the 6th day of April 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Leh^an, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-~, to remove the
"N" Status from the road list on Kathy Drive and Holland Lane
and accept these roads as county maintained roads.

RE: Clarification of Kathy Drive & Holland Lane
As shown on the attached Court Order x#16814 dated September 8, 1986, Katy
Drive and Holland Lane in Lamb Creek & Castle Estates were accepted for
County Road maintenance. At the time this order was written these
subdivisions were in Precinct 1, according to the Tax Office, they are now in
Precinct 2.
These subdivisions were platted (Vol. 5, Pg 89 & Vol 5, Pg 90) certifying they
conformed to all requirements of the subdivision regulations November 13, 1984.
However, they have been listed as a "No" on the working road list for Road &
Bridge since this administration begin, and the crews have not worked on
them. I have ipspected the roads in question, and at this time they need to be
patched and the grass cut.
We ask the Commissioners Court to allow us to remove the "N" status from our
current road list and begin maintenance per Court Order ~ 16814.
