My recommendation to the Commissioners' Court is that we accept the low bids
from Wilson Culverts for the culvert, and Koch Materials for the emulsions.
All aggregate bids received are acceptable. In the best interest of the County, I
~-- recommend that Kerr County Road & Bridge purchase aggregate at the nearest source
to the job that meets specifications.
