MEMORANDUM TO: Commissioners Court FROM: Leonard Odom, Jr., Road Administrator DATE: March 2, 1993 RE: Engineering of Hermann Sons Bridge The Off-Site Bridge Projects by the State has been changed to ISTEA (Interrnodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act). Hermann Sons Bridge was one of the bridges named in the Off-Site Bridge Program that has not been started. Now that the program has been changed, I suggest that the Caurt consider contacting the State to let them know that funding is still available for the engineering of Hermann Sons Bridge under this new act.
