RE Surplus Sale Replacement Vehicle
We were told if we sold surplus items, we could use the funds to purchase
a piece of new equipment or a thick.
On February 26, 1993, there was $9,199.00 deposited to 15-350-500
from the surplus sale of Road & Bridge items.
On March 2, 1993 we came to the Court and asked permission to purchase
a vehicle to replace one of the four sold (see attached memo). At that
time we were told to wait until the end of the budget year.
This is the last Road & Bridge Day of the budget year, we now ask for
"` these funds to purchase a vehicle.

RE Replacement Vehicle
There were four vehicles sold from the Road & Rrid~;e inventory at the Surplus
Sale. We would' like to use the proceeds From this sale to replace one of them.
We ask the Commissioners' Court. to allow us to use these funds for the
capital purchase of a vehicle. We estimate that it ~1~~uld cost between
$10,400 and $IZ,000. We received approximately ~~.~~0.00 from the sale,
and would ,like to supplement witlti our ~T;MA funds.
