'The definition of an Amended Plat. is one which corrects cr-rors and/or omissions to previous plat, but does not create new lots or abolish lots. 2. Consider adding an addendum to Kerr County Subdivision Rules & Regulations (1984) fora "Minor Plat or Re-Plat." "Minor Plat or Re-Plat." shall be required to submit a final plat (or re-plat) only, eliminating the need for both preliminary and final plats. "Minor ['lat or Re-Plat" shall he defined as follows: A. Combining two or more lots into one larger lot. This would not require notifications and Public Hearing. B. Uncomplicated platting procedures which, in the opinion of the County Engineer, do not require the full plat process. C. "Minor Plats and Re-Plats" can he signed by tl~e designated officials on signature blocks without Commissioner's Co~n•t action. 3. The above provisions are a part of the City of Kerrville Subdivision Ordinance. 4. The above procedure will help the citizens of Kerr County, saving iheTn time and money, not having to wait months for something that could he handled in days.
