RE: Roads in Valle Vista Subdivision
For many years the people in Valle Vista have been asking the Court to accept their roads for
Ken County maintenance. There are 18 homes on the 241ots, giving this area a solid tax base.
We ask the Court to consider the following:
1. We have set aside $10,000 of our Contract Fees for roads the Court takes into the road
maintenance system during 1993-94 Budget year.
2. This subdivision has only .4 mile of roadway. The right-of--ways are wide enough
to meet county standards.
3. The material to seal these roads will cost approximately $4,350, and our crew could
do the labor. There will be no legal or surveying cost.
4. We ask the Court to consider accepting these roads into the maintenance program to
be re-surfaced during our 93-94 Seal Coat Program.
