MEMORANDUM TO: Commissioners' Court FROM: Franklin Johnston, P.E. Leonard Odom, Jr. DATE: October 5, 1993 RE: Clarification of Roads in Precinct 3 There are several roads in Precinct 3 that need clarification. 1. Douglas asked that Pfeiffer be sealed in 94. Our list shows Pfeiffer as abandoned, but Douglas says that part of it was not abandoned. 2. There are several streets near the Kerrville city limits that need clarification. Please note on the attached map the following roads. a. Mathison, Leslie, Roy, Jonas, Crider, and Lowrance are listed as county ..-.. maintained, while Morrow (the short street that runs between Mathison and Leslie) is not. b. Mae and Peterson run outside the city limits, but are not listed as county maintained roads. We ask the Court to clarify the status of Pfeiffer, Morrow, Mae and Peterson roads in Precinct 3. Pfeiffer .10 Peterson .35 Mae .10 Morrow .10 .70 mile The mileage of Kerr County roads was recertified by map, length, and surface in June 1993 to the State. Therefore, all road changes need to be done by a Court Order.
