RE: Recommendation for Equipment Bids
The Budget amount for equipment is $193,000. There are not enough funds budgeted to accept
all of the bids we received.
Our recommendation is that we accept the following: ~ J /

This is not enough to accept the Backhoe Bids, therefore we recommend that all backhoe bids be
rejected. We will rebid for a backhoe with atrade-in at a later date.
