APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS FOR THE KERR COUNTY HOUSING
FINANCE CORPORATION

On this the 14th day of December 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 2-0-1, with Commissioner
Holekamp abstaining, to appoint Glenn K. Holekamp, Commissioner
Precinct 3 as Chairman for the Kerr County Housing Finance Corporation.
