AP'P'ROVAL OF CANVASSING ELECTION RE"TURNS
FOR MAY 1 , 1993 SPEC T AL ELECTION
On this the 4th day of May 1993, came on to be considered by
the Co~_trt the ret~_ir^ns to be canvassed, to determine the
results of the Special Election held on May 1, 1993, and the
Court having canvassed and tab~_~lated the ret~_~rns of the
sixteen precincts and Early Voting Canvassing Poard Rax, are
of the opinion that said ret~_trns, after having been opened
and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded
by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanieously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0~ to approve the ret~_ir•ns canvassed and tab~_ilated
in Volume 8, pages 48 thr^u 53, Recor^d of Election Returns of
F'.err County, Texas and as certified thereto by the four
members of the Court, are in all r-espects approved.
