AG'PRDVAL OF CANVASSING EL_ECTTDh! RETURNS
FOR JUNE 1, 1993 RUNOFF
On this the 8th day of J+_~ne 1993, came on to be considered by
the Co+_~rt the r,et+_~rns to he canvassed, to determine the
res+_~lts of the R+_~naff Election held on June 1, 1993, and the
Co+_~rt having canvassed and tab+_ilated the ret+_~rns of the
sixteen precincts and Early Voting Canvassing Board Pax, are
of the opinion that said r~et+_ir~ns, after having been opened
and canvassed, are tr^+_~e and correct and should be approved.
Therefor^e, on motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded
by Commissioner Oehler, the L'o+_irt unanimously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0~ to approve the ret+_ir-ns canvassed and tab+_~lated
in Vol+_tme 8, page v4, Record of Election Ret+_-rns of Kerr
Co+_~nty, Texas and as certified tl~er,eto by the fo+_~r, members of
the Co+_trt, ar-e in all respects approved.
