Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to allocate
9'28 Votes to F'aula Rector as nominee to the KCAD Board of
Directors as representative of Kerr County.

On this the 26th day of October 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to accept the
resignation of Pearl Mc Ewen effective October 31, 1993. The
paying of vacation days is to be determined by the Personnel

Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to reclassify
R~_iby Nicholson from Senior Clerk to Administrative Clerk at
Grade 15, Step 4, effective November 1, 1993.
