ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
° Sealed bids will be accepted at the Rerr County Clerk's
Office, 700 Main St., Courthouse, Rerrville, Texas 78028
until 5:00 PM on Monday July 12th, 1993 for MICROFILM READER-
PRINTER. The bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday July
13th, 1993 at 10:00 AM.
Bid specifications will be available on request at the Rerr
County District Clerk's Office, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 700
Main St., Rerrville, Texas 78028.
Bids should contain specifications of equipment, warranties
available, delivery date, cost of lump-sum purchase and lease
purchase and terms of payment.
Payment will be made from current funds of the Rerr County
fiscal year beginning October 1, 1993. Rerr County reserves
the right to reject any and all bids. Kerr County is an
equal opportunity employer.
BID SPECIFICATIONS, READER-PRINTER, DISTRICT CLERK
RERR COUNTY, TEXAS
1) Unit must utilize plain bond paper, with minimum 200
sheet loading capacity.
2) Unit must utilize a dry-imaging process.
3) Unit must be equiped with an electronic switch capable of
interrupting the print cycle before completion.
4) Unit must have automatic-load roll film carrier for 16MM
and 3-M cartridges.
5) Unit must have multiple copy capability of at least 1-19.
6) Unit must have electronic status alerts to warn of both
toner and paper supply conditions as well as paper feed
malfunctions.
7) Unit must have built-in film end detector.
8) Unit must have automatic 360 deg. image rotation.
9) Unit must be able to frame and border mask.
10) Unit must be equiped with an automatic keyboard retrieval
system for dual level blipped film.
11) Unit must have 1 lens with at least 23X magnification and
1 additonal lens (magnification or reduction to be
determined).
12) Unit must have work station or comparable feature.
13) Unit must have image browsing capabilities.
SEALED BIDS will be accepted until 5:00 PM, Monday, July
12th, 1993 in the office of the County Clerk of Rerr County.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
