BRUCE CURRY, of Kerr County, Texas, herein referred to as "Lessor," and the KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, of Kerr County, Texas, herein referred to as "Lessee." I. DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES Lessor leases to Lessee, and Lessee hires from Lessor, as herein provided, the property known and described as the premises located at 521 Earl Garrett Street, Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas. II. TERM The term of this lease is annual, to begin from October 1, 1992, until October 1, 1993. III. RENT The total annual rent of this lease is the sum of $4,800.00.
