Brown Thirty years of law enforcement experience beginning in California in 1963 as a youth counselor for the state Youth Authority. 1969 thru 1977, Investigator for the California Disciplinary Decision Making Board, which entailed traveling throughout the state investigating institutional crimes. 1976 thru 1977, continued as an Investigator for the Decision Making Board while beginning as Program Administrator for the state correctional facility. 1976 thru 1978, Program Administrator at Mt. Bullion Conser- vation Camp, a state correctional facility. Moved to Kerr County in 1978 - 1982, Jail Administrator and Deputy under Sheriff Paul Fields. 1982 - 1983, Lieutenant of Warrants and patrol deputy under Cliff Greeson. 1989 - present, Jail Administrator, S.W.A.P. Coordinator and Chief Investigator under Sheriff Kaiser.
