APPROVAL TO RATIFY SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH HFI WRSTE SYSTEMS
On this the 28th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unaniaously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
service agreement with HFI Systems as presented to the Court
and authorization of the County Judge's Signature.

APPROVAL OF PID ON PROPERTY IN TRUST IN KISD
On this the 28th day of September 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unaniaouely approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
bid made by KISD for 42,613.57 for property located at 433
Lytle St. along with the property on E. Davis which is less
than the .judgement submitted.
