In order to make the Design and Construction Process of your New
Jail Facility work more smoothly and expeditiously, we request that
during your next regularly scheduled meeting, the Commissioners
Court select two members to serve as a Liaison Committee between
the County and our firm. Naturally, the Sheriff and any
representatives that she would like to include would also be part
of this working committee.
we will await the Court's decision on this request, and in the
meanwhile, will continue to pull together the documents the County
will need for the City's Conditional Use Permit.
