RESOLVED, That the Kerr Co~_mty J~_idge and Commissioners
hereby ~_rnanimo~_tsly agree to locate such facility on the
Corner of Hay=_ Street and McFarland Street.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Kerr County Judge and Commissioners believe
a Juvenile Detention Facility should be built in Kerr
County on County Property; and
WHEREAS, Due to the passage of a bond issue to build a
Juvenile Detention Facility in Kerr County.
IT IS THEREFORE
RESOLVED, That the Kerr County Judge and Commissioners
hereby unamiously agree to locate such facility on
the Corner of Hays Street and McFarland Street.
PASSED, This 8th day of June, 1993, by the Kerr County
Judge and Commissioners.
