APPROVAL OF KERR COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE
CORPORATION RESOLUTION

On this the 14th day of December, 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to approve the
resolution for the purchase of bonds for the Kerr County Housing
Finance Corporation.
