APPOINTMENT OF VICE-CHAIRMAN FOR THE KERR
COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION

On this the 14th day of December 1993, upon motion made by
Cormmissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to appoint W.
G. Stacy, County Judge as Vice Chairman for the Kerr County
Housing Finance Corporation to serve in the absence of the
Chairman.

APPOINTMFNT OF SECRETARY/TREASURER TO THE
KERR COUNTY FINANCE CORPORATION

On this the 14th day of December 1993, upon motion made
by Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to appoint Ray
Lehman, Commissioner Precinct 1 as Secretary/Treasurer of the
Kerr County Housing Finance Corporation.

APPROVAL OF BY LAW OF THE KRRR COUNTY
FINANCE CORPORATION

On this the 14th day of December 1993, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Cormnissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to adopt the by
laws of the Kerr County Finance Corporation as presented to
the Court subject to the approval of the County Attorney's
Office.
