City to deed the land to Kerr County. (Approx. 16 acres) 2. City to furnish Topographic Map of Loop property. 3. City to do the engineering for water and sewer; put bid package together; advertise and receive bids for this project; money for this project to be included in bond or CO package. 4. County will do site plan and be completely responsible for all cost of constructing law enforcement complex. 5. The city will need to pay their proportionate share based on square footage of their operation. (Office portion, repairs, utilities and maintenance.) approx. 63% (Utilities, maintenance) (32,000 total square feet) - (20,000 City / 12,000 County) 6. City to be involved with the planning of all landscape work. 7. City to construct all city streets relative to complex access. 8. City will continue to pay the same prisoner cost as they presently pay. 9. Agreement with City of Kerrville -Long term use of Portion of complex. 10. Future expansion of complex to be paid by the entity needing expansion.
