COMMISSIONERS' GOURT ADJOURNED RT 1:47 P. M. COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED AT 2:05 P. M. TO rescind the following order: ORDER NO. 21634 1. RPPROVRL TO RESCIND ORDER N0. 21471-p On this the 17th day of September 1993, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-O-O~ to rescind the following Order: Order No. 21471-A APPROVAL OF PLRCING JRIL FACILITY ON THE NOVEMBER 2, 1993, ELECTION BALLOT RND RPPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE On this the 18th day of June 1993, upon motion made by Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to approve a jail facility with 192 beds to be placed on the ballot for the November 2, 1993, Election and appoint a committee consisting of the Sheriff, Commissioner Oehler, Commissioner ~ Lackey, and a City Staff member tq discuss a suitable site for this facility.
